What to Expect
Our services last a little over an hour. They are filled with thoughtful worship and expositional (scripture-based) teaching all directed to the true and living God. There is often a spotlight on kingdom-oriented work happening in our community and an invitation to get involved.
Our liturgy of songs, prayers, and creeds––drawn from the Word of God––creates a space of ongoing formation where the Spirit is invited to bring the Gospel to bear on our hearts as we praise, confess, and surrender to the name of Jesus.
Our sermons are around 30 minutes rooted on a specific passage (not a theme), usually engaging some form of art while realistically revealing how the Gospel brings practical hope to our lives.
Children
We have many young families at Grace Brevard. Well-trained volunteers with clear background checks from our church provide a nursery and children's classes those 7 years old and younger during the sermon. A cry room is also available in the back of the main hall with a changing table and a couple chairs.
