Intentionally. Collaboratively. Humbly.​

We believe no one ever graduates from following Jesus. We never move beyond the gospel. Instead, the gospel is not only God's power to save us—it is also His power to transform us. The Christian life is a continual journey of repentance and faith as we discover, in the words of Jack Miller, "We are a worse sinner than we ever dared imagine, but we are more loved than we ever dared hope."

Because of this, our aim is to cultivate lifelong rhythms of discipleship to Jesus rather than a program or set of courses. How do we do this?

Intentionally. We equip leaders to create spaces where people are known, encouraged, and challenged to grow in Christ through Community Groups, Gospel Growth Classes, and our ministry teams.

Collaboratively. We desire for every believer to cultivate a life of discipleship in their everyday relationships—in their families, friendships, workplaces, and neighborhoods. Spiritual growth isn't something we receive from the church; it's something we pursue together as the people of God.

Humbly. We lead from a place of weakness and dependence on Christ. Our leaders are not those who have attained a higher level of righteousness, but those who have become more deeply aware of their need for Christ's righteousness.

We believe any kind of long-lasting growth requires patience and perseverance. We're in it for the long haul, and we're in it together. As we walk with Jesus and one another, we trust that God is faithfully at work, leading us into a deeper knowledge of Him and a greater love for Him and for others.
